2024 m. vasario 3–17 d. dr. Jurgita Kazlauskienė, Sveikatos priežiūros fakulteto prodekanė, Slaugos katedros docentė, ir Viktorija Kielė, ERASMUS+ programos koordinatorė SPF, Slaugos katedros lektorė, buvo išvykusios dėstyti Parulio universitete (Indija) pagal Parulio universiteto siūlomas ,,Distinguished Professor” ir „Visiting Lecturer” programas. Vizito metu lektorės skaitė paskaitas ir vedė praktinius užsiėmimus Parulio universiteto Slaugos bakalauro ir magistro studijų programų studentams; lankėsi Parulio universiteto ligoninėje, susitiko su slaugos fakulteto dekanu dr. Ravindra H. N., dėstytojomis prof. Aarohi Fernandes, prof. Rosemary George, prof. Betty Koshy, dr. Devraj Singh Chouhan, doktorantais ir jų vadovais; viešėjo kituose universiteto padaliniuose, bendravo su jų vadovais ir darbuotojais. Susitikimų metu buvo aptartos studentų ir dėstytojų mainų galimybės, bendri projektai ir mokslo taikomoji veikla. Parulio universiteto Tarptautinių ryšių skyriaus bendruomenė supažindino ne tik su akademine universiteto veikla, bet ir su spalvinga, turtinga Indijos kultūra: tradiciniais indų šokiais, muzika, lėlių šou, Mehndi ir Rangoli menu, buvo sudaryta galimybė skrosti dangų aitvarais ir dalyvauti spalvų festivalyje „Happy holy“. Neišdildomą įspūdį paliko ekskursijos prie didžiausios pasaulyje Vienybės statulos, niekada neužmiegančiame Naujajame Delyje ir vieno iš septynių pasaulio stebuklų – Tadžmahalo.
Dėstytojos dr. Jurgita Kazlauskienė ir Viktorija Kielė dėkoja Parulio universiteto bendruomenei, ypač dr. Preeti Nair, prof. James Tharayil ir jų komandai, už šiltą priėmimą ir pilnas įspūdžių 2 savaites Parulio universitete.

From the 3rd to the 17th of February 2024, Dr. Jurgita Kazlauskienė, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Health Care and Associate Professor at the Department of Nursing, along with Viktorija Kielė, Coordinator of the ERASMUS+ program in the Health Care Faculty and Lecturer at the Department of Nursing, were on a teaching visit at the University of Parul (India) under „Distinguished Professor“ and „Visiting Lecturer” programmes offered by the University of Parul. Throughout the visit, the lecturers delivered engaging lectures and facilitated workshops for students enrolled in the Nursing Study Program, spanning both bachelor’s and master’s levels at Parul University. Visited Parul University Hospital, met the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Ravindra H.N, lecturers Prof. Aarohi Fernandes, Prof. Rosemary George, Prof. Betty Koshy, Dr. Devraj Singh Chouhan, PhD students and their supervisors. Visited other departments of the University, interacted with their managers and staff. The meetings were focused on student and faculty exchanges, joint projects and possible research applications. The Parul University Department of International Relations showed not only the academic side of the university, but also the colourful and rich Indian culture: traditional Indian dance, music, puppet shows, Mehndi and Rangoli art, kite flying and the festival of colours HAPPY HOLY. Excursions to the world’s largest Statue of Unity and the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and to the never-sleeping New Delhi also left an unforgettable impression.
